We have several players who did not list a club (NorthShore VBC) when they upgraded their membership. If you have been contacted by your coach - you probably fall into this category.
To fix this - go to - ovr.org joining manage webpoint account enter user name and password on left click my information
Click on it and that will give you a tab with a 'Main Info' screen in which you can pick your club. After you select NorthShore
go to bottom of page and click on Edit personal info.
